He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sister-in-law Peggy Hubrig; his wife Cynthia of Hankinson, ND; his brothers, Richard Crooks of Hankinson, ND and Lynn Crooks (Nancy); his sister-in-law Joan Crooks of Horace, ND; and his sister Mary of Hankinson, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
