We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021, at the age of 65, Lowell Hamre of Hampden, North Dakota, born in Edmore, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Hamre; and his parents-in-law, Edwin and Eleanor Werner. He is survived by: his mother O'Della Hamre (Lommen) of Devils Lake; his wife Julie Werner; his son Kelly Hamre (Erika); his grandchildren, Kaylen, Garyn, Elly and Emma of Hampden; his daughter Traci Hysjulien (Brian); his grandchildren, Wrigley and Masen of Stanley, ND; his siblings, Lou Ann Hamre of Minot, ND, Leland "Buck" Hamre (Dawn) of Starkweather, ND and Darin Hamre (Judy) of Wheatland, ND; and his sister-in-law Mary Werner of Hampden. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Storlie Cemetery, Hampden, in memory of Butch.
