He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Lillian Whitman, Burton Bell II and Emerald Smith; his brother Monte Bell; and his niece Brandi Bell.
He is survived by: his sibling N. D.; his parents, Ardith Whitman and Burton Bell III; his daughters, Krystal and Monique; his grandchildren, Arturo and Evelyn; and his siblings, Pam (Sascha), Doyle (Memory), Jody, Brenda (Jeff), Whitney (Tarina), Darnell (John) and Wesley of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the recent events and impact of the corona virus, there will be a small service for immediate family only.
