She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon and Vira Doty Sr. (Carpenter); and her brother Nathan Doty. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hurt of Forman, ND; her children, Missy Brademeyer (Jay) of Fort Ransom, ND, Travis Engquist (Ester) of Oakes, ND, Garrett Engquist (Shantelle) of Stirum, ND, Miranda Aarons (Tracy) of Newton, KS, Trent Engquist of Fargo, ND, Pat Hurt (Gina) of Garrison, ND, Kyle Hurt (Kristi) of Littleton, CO and Dale Hurt (Nichole) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Cade, Magi, Branden, Baylee, Colin, Adaline, Alayna, Austin, Tori, Jaleigh, Kenneth, Renae, Jack, Goldie, Madelin, Carter, Ethan, Camdyn, Masen, Elli and Ava; and her siblings, Vernon Doty Jr. of Oakes, ND, Karen Swearingen (Jack) of Crete, ND, Diane Baldwin (Brad) of Grand Junction, CO and Wayne Doty of Oakes, ND. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
