He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Howey and Rose Howey (Schmit). He is survived by: his son Clifford; his wife Sue; his children, Jim, Cliff and Tammy; his brother Donovan Howey; his grandchildren, Spencer, Emma, Draven, Mason, Ethan and Hailey; and his great grandchild Jude. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
