Todd Phelps Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024, at the age of 59, Todd Phelps of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Phelps; and his brothers, Monty Phelps and Kenneth Phelps. He is survived by: his mother Clara Phelps (Fain); his daughter Kala Phelps; his grandson Carter Weadick Phelps of Spring, TX; his stepdaughter Haley Mahoney (Shaun) of Richfield, MN; his fiancé Lynn Kvidt; his sisters, Rita Ozbun (Dean Urness), Lisa Adelman (Bill) of Hugo, CO and Rhonda Anderson (Brett); and his nephew Joel Hastings. He is also survived by three uncles and one aunt; numerous nieces and nephews and two great-nephews.

Todd donated much of his time to raising money through sponsorships and other activities.
