She was predeceased by: her parents, David T. Nelson and Ruby Nelson (Luke); her husband Dennis; her son Jason; and her siblings, David, Joe, Owen, Beverly, Marie and Anna May.
She is survived by: her children, LaVonne "Bunny" Verke (Darin) and Darin Sinjem (Jamie); her daughter-in-law Bonnie Sinjem; and her sisters, Roberta and Joyce. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
