She is survived by: her children, Joshua DesJarlais (Jolene) of Denver, David DesJarlais (Sara) of Grand Forks, Benjamin DesJarlais (Shelby Duboise) of Grand Forks, Aprill "Elizabeth" Elston (Kenya Kelo) of Chicago and Rebekah Joy DesJarlais of Grand Forks; and her siblings, Michael Nelson (Sally) of Grand Forks, Joel Nelson of Grand Forks, Roger Nelson of Grand Forks, Terry Nelson-Aaker of Grand Forks and Kimberly Nelson-DesJarlais of Grand Forks. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
