He was predeceased by: his parents, Tollef Carlson and Ruby Carlson; his wife Ann Vernes; and his brothers, Ron, Roger and Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Williams (Greg), Kathy Badeaux (George) and Kevin Carlson; his granddaughter Claire Larsen (Jonathan); his great grandchild Jonah Larsen; and his sister-in-law Nancy Kammerman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
