It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Dawn Baatz of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Gully, Minnesota, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delvin Paulson and Gladys Paulson (Walberg); her husband Raymond Baatz; her brothers, David and Duane Paulson; and her parents-in-law, Vincent and Evelyn Baatz.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Baatz (Cindy) of Neilsville, MN, Ronald Baatz (Tammy) of Climax, MN and Trish Schmaltz (David); her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Chelsea (TJ), Kayla (Ryan), Karina (Dustin), Taylor (Tyler), Courtney and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Micah, Elijah, Harper, Isabella, Jasper, Eli, Reid, Lexi, Gavin and Everly. She is also survived by children, grandchildren.
