She was predeceased by: her parents, Arne Braathen and Susanna Braathen (Erickstad); and her siblings, Gene Braathen and Joyce Pendell. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gabrielsen (Gabe); her children, Lisa Hoplin (Jeff) of Grand Forks, ND and Tim Gabrielsen (Julie) of Wayzata, MN; her grandchildren, Paul Hoplin, Luke Hoplin (Victoria), John Hoplin (Rachel), Greta Gabrielsen, Elisabeth Ridpath (Landon) and Ashley Gabrielsen; and her great grandchild Aletta Louise Hoplin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to Valley Senior Living Foundation or United Lutheran Church Women (ULCW).
