She is survived by: her husband Ralph Tack; her children, Rebecca Guseman (Danny), Edwin Tack, David Tack (Nermita) and Audra Burckhard (Bob); her grandchildren, Jessica Westra (Joshua), Kelcey Burry (Taylor), Spencer Tack (Ana), Alec Burckhard (Myah), Michayla Burckhard (Jacob Mehlhoff), Colleen Guseman (Jonathan Jones) and Aaron Tack; her great grandchildren, Joel, Jace, Josilyn Westra, Esmae, Elaina Tack, James Burry and Abel Burckhard; and her sister Dianne Lindgren (Ervin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
