She is survived by: her husband Carl Lizakowski; her daughters, Ashley Lizakowski (Jason Capes) and Kelsey Lizakowski (Keith Wilson) of Jamestown, ND; her brother Doug Freitag of Angle Inlet, MN; her sisters-in-law, Rosella Freitag of Fargo, ND, Sherri Kalka (Greg) of Drayton, ND and Meredith Gozdal (Todd) of Drayton, ND; and her aunts, Erika Nordine and Kathy Howell of Willmar, MN. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
