He is survived by: his brothers, Tim Swartz of Grand Forks, ND and Brian Swartz (Terasa) of Butte, MT; his nephew Jason Gudim (Esther) of Golden Valley, MN; and his brother-in-law Duane Gudim (Judy) of Becker, MN.. He is also survived by one great-niece and four great-nephews.
