We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Jean Spilde of Grand Forks, North Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Spoonland and Thea Ragna Spoonland (Dahl); her former husband Robert Lommen; her husband Severin Spilde; and her siblings, Ambrose and Doris.

She is survived by: her children, Lauribeth Roemer (Mark), David Lommen (Kari), Lanelle Richards (Eric), Darcee Capdeville (Bryan), Rhonda Moorman (Jeff) and Kristen Lind (Mark); and her grandchildren, Shane, Blayze, Alana, Brandon, Kristopher, Aaron, Gabriel, Logan, Heath Christian, Josiah, Derrick, Alyssa, Daniel, Jonathan, Michelle, Anna, Marissa and Nathaniel. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She possessed a heart for charity for the elderly and for the in-firmed.
