John Andrew Friebohle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 93, John Andrew Friebohle of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Friebohle and Anna Mae Friebohle (Bradshaw); his wife Glenice Coulter of Anne's Catholic Church; his daughter Beth Broadwell; his great grandchild Samantha Petricig; and his grandson Casey Westbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Westbrook, Russell Friebohle (Connie), Mary Yanez (Ernie), Carol Johnson (Rick) and Kenneth Friebohle. He is also survived by 75 grandchildren including great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1018 18th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201). A rosary was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St Vincent Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of John may be directed to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
