With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne A. Johnson of Grand Forks, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanne A. Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Vettern and Enid Vettern (Leach); her husband Edgar Johnson; her sisters, Virginia Berg, Diana Kotecki and Margaret Eisert; her nephew Mark Eisert; her goddaughter Lisa Burger; and her great-nephews, Lance Smith and Trent Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Maxine MacGregor of Zion, IL; her great-nephews, Chris and Cory; and also, Cheryl (Mike), Eileen, Denise (Rod), Ronn (Jody), Ryan (Jessi), Brooks, Sydney, Lauren, Hayden, Harper, Talon, Wayne (Pam), Greg, David, Alex (Brandi), Everett, Troy, Isaac, Noah, Kailyn, Mason, Austyn and Ayden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Amundson Funeral Home (2975 S 42nd St, Grand Forks, ND 58208). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
