He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wilbur "Doc", Katherine Hubbard Bratrud, John and Anne Lyslo Willis. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Bratrud and Nancy Bratrud of Lake City; his brother Kirk Bratrud (Lynn) of Bayfield; his sons, Moses (Brianna) of St. Paul and Abraham (MaryBeth) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Asaph, Mary, Lena, Anselm and Ingrid; and his cousins, Michael Bratrud, Mark Bratrud and Gretchen Mackintosh.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Root Prairie Lutheran Church (28177 County Rd 6, Fountain, MN 55935). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
