He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Kokron; his brother Gerry Kokron; and his parents-in-law, Sally and Charley Durham. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kokron (Durham); his children, Ashley Ohm (Matt) of Grand Forks, ND and Amber Brune of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Andrew, Charlotte, Mac, Otto and Colson; his father John Kokron of Niles; his siblings, Ken Kokron (Kathy) of Hawaii, John Kokron (Darlene) of Morton Grove, IL and Kathy Minds (Tim) of Cincinnati, OH; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Durham (Pam) of Watford City, ND and Gary Durham of Baudette, MN. He is also survived by numerous close friends, family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Augustana Lutheran Church (520 University Ave, Grand Forks, ND 58203). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
