He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendelin Kramer and Natalia Kramer (Miller); and his grandson Jordan Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Jack Kramer (Paula Shuffler), Darlene (Alvin Buechler), Don (Carla Kramer) and Eugene "Beanie" (Christine Kramer); and his wife Anna Mary Kramer. He is also survived by his 4 children and their spouses and 16 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family prefers memorials to the Grand Forks Senior Center.
