She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Riemer and Dorothy Riemer (Engel); her husband Melvin Hanson; her son Daniel Hanson; and her brothers, Vernon Riemer, Donald Riemer, Robert Riemer and Howard Riemer.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Hanson (Andrea) of Grand Forks, ND; her grandsons, Brian Hanson (Dani) of Grand Forks, ND, Eric Hanson (Janelle) of Fargo, ND and Tyler Otto of Hillsboro, ND; and her great grandchildren, Avery Hanson, Brody Hanson and Rhett Hanson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
