He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorance Sr. Legg and Lenora Legg (Oliver); his brothers, Howard and Richard Legg; and his brother-in-law David Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Annie of Grand Forks, ND; his siblings, Lorraine Harmon (Kenton), Cleo Rowe (Neil), Judi Lowe of Phoenix, AZ and Charles Legg (Sigrun) of Lady Lake, FL; his sisters-in-law, Ann Legg of North Carolina and Elaine Legg of Grand Forks, ND; and his caregivers, Terry, Cindy Grundysen, Richard, Vickie Legg and Elaine Legg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
