She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Buerth and Florence Buerth; her husband Donald Rice; her great grandchild Laila Enno; her siblings, Gerald, Arlis Finnie, Betty Dohman and Carol Dunn; her siblings-in-law, Al Finnie, Bob Dohman, Steve Dunn, Laurel Lappegaard, Russ Rice, Jim Rice, Lorraine Rice and Sharon Fluer; and her nephews, Jeff Rice and David Dohman.
She is survived by: her friends, Shirie, Elva and Lucy; her daughters, Debralee Muir (Rob), DeAnn Phelps (Bob) and Dawn Marquart (Karl); her grandchildren, Steven Muir (Stephanie), Amber Korkowski (Matt), Callie Reeves (Jeff), Kevin Phelps (Brittany), Christopher Rice (Michelle), Breyanne Enno (Derick) and Jake Lafontaine (Alexis); and her sisters, Lavonne Lappegaard and Patricia Gomes (Joe).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the University Lutheran Church (2122 University Ave, Grand Forks, ND 58203).
