We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2024, at the age of 96, Clara Carter of Grand Forks, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Clara may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Larson and Dorothy Larson (Olson); her husband John Carter of Michael's Catholic Church; her grandson Jeffrey Johnson; and her siblings, Duane, Gladys, Julie and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Pam VanWyk (Larry) of Hudsonville, MI, Vicki Carter, Mike Carter (Connie) of Big Fork, MN and Theresa Carter; and her sister Phyllis Trump (Don) of Everett, WA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
