He is survived by: his mother Phoebe Letzring (Kuehner); his wife Melody (Burke); his children, James Letzring of Rogers, MN, Michael Letzring of Grand Forks, ND and Kayla Letzring of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Adeline Letzring, Alton Letzring, Aiden Letzring and Weston Letzring; and his brothers, Tracy Letzring (Constance) and Jim Letzring (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Askew Funeral Home (209 Elizabeth St W, Cavalier, ND 58220). A Mass was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Brigid of Ireland Catholic Church (201 W 1st Ave S, Cavalier, ND 58220).
