He is survived by: his spouse Shammie Gray; his daughter Samantha Gangelhoff (Sean); his grandsons, Abel and Weston Gangelhoff; his siblings, Gay Bohnet (Tom), George "Buzz" Burns (Mary), Todd Burns (Traci) and Marty Burns; and his sisters-in-law, Terry Burns, Cindy Burns and Debbie French.
Some of Blaine's favorite activities included: going on Harley rides with his friends and tinkering with his motorcycle, participating in motorcycle runs for charity and going to car shows.
