Brown of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Grafton, North Dakota, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kearney and Clara Kearney (Motroen); her brother Don Kearney; and her pets, Mandy, Brandy and Buddy.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Brown of Grand Forks, ND; her daughters, Sharon Sondeland (Gregg) of Edinburg, ND and Susie Simpfenderfer (Jay) of Fargo, ND; her grandchildren, Sara Miller (David), Savanna Landeis (Kevin) and Noah Simpfenderfer; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Kailee, Jaxon Miller, Kaleb, Paislee Landeis and Aubree Christinson; her siblings, Jan Huber (Dennis) of Pamona, CA, David Kearney (Pat) of Los Altos, CA, Bob Kearney (Marcia Olson) of Sun City, AZ and Debbie Pederson (Tim) of Puyallup, WA; and her sister-in-law Judy Kearney of Glendale, CA. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Amundson Funeral Home Chapel (2975 S 42nd St, Grand Forks, ND 58201). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
