It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Belt (Grand Forks, North Dakota), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, James Aasen and Edith Aasen; her daughters, Bobbie Beal (Jim), Becky Belt and Robyn Bancroft (Perry); her grandchildren, McKenzie Walton (Matty), Zack Beal, Matthew Douin, Gretchen Devier, Jazmine Krogstad (Ethan Czaplewski), Rainy and Birdie Bancroft; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Adeline, Carson, Madalynn, Vivian, Beckett and Wells; her sister Debi Trytten; her sister-in-law Paula Aasen; her daughter Renee Belt-Ronald; her siblings, Lorann Broderson and Donald Aasen; her grandson Patrick Morrison; and her great grandchild Brooklynn Devier.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Amundson Funeral Home (2975 S 42nd St, Grand Forks, ND 58201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of memorials, the family requests donations to TEARS, P.O. Box 5006, Grand Forks, ND 58206, in honor of Barb's late grandson, Patrick.
