He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Slominski and Delores Slominski. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Mike Slominski (Mona Rae), Pam Pede (Doug), Gloria Slominski and Lisa Windjue; his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Jaden (Tomi), Gage (Courtney), Josh (Allison), Justin (Kimberly), Matthew (Bobbi Jo) and Emily (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Adaline, Amelia, Barrett, Holland, Ashton and Jude.
