It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Holman of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in White Hall, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gene, Dale, Wayne, Anita and Doris; and her siblings-in-law, Edna, Virginia, Lloyd and John.
She is survived by: her children, Marc Holman (Michelle) and Lora Machart (Lowell); her brothers, Bob Nichols (Karen) and Bill Nichols (Kay); her cousin Boyd Wermedahl; her grandchildren, Ryan Holman, Chelsi Martian (Mike), Kayla Grittner (Luke), Lynsi Machart and Abbi Dunham (Nate); her great grandchildren, Harper, Peyton Martian and Abe Grittner; and her close friend Dave Odegaard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to River Heights Lutheran Church and Thoughts of Faith.
