He is survived by: his parents, Wally Rutter and Thommie Rutter of Grafton, ND; his sister Mary Curtis; his brother-in-law Jeff Curtis; his niece Vanessa Curtis of Seattle, WA; his aunts, Mary and Shirley Rutter of Bismarck, ND; and his uncle Juan Trevino.
