He is survived by: his wife Diane Campbell; his daughter Katie Malen (Nat); his grandchildren, Addison and Lucas; his daughter Jenni Drake; his granddaughters, Ella and Ava; his son Marc Mihulka (Jennalee); his grandchildren, Maximus and Freya; his siblings, Terri Kalbrener and Steve Mihulka; and his parents-in-law, Jeannie Campbell, Carol, Geno Schaffer, Nancy, Alan Kline, Tom Campbell, Bill, Tammy Campbell, Greg and Leanne Campbell.
