He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Ensrude and Mary Ensrude (Hegseth); his siblings, Vernon, LaVerne, Marlys, Ellen and Trudy; and his sister-in-law Marlys.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Tonder; his children, Mitch Ensrude (Stacie) of Grafton, ND, Layne Ensrude (Wanda) of Grafton, ND, Brad Ensrude (Debra) of Becker, MN, Tamara Ashley (Jeff) of Helena, MT and Jana Thune (Matthew) of Dilworth, MN.; his grandchildren, Kara Adams (Scott), Derek Ensrude, Katie Klava (Jason), Carissa Kittelson (Reid), Dylan Ensrude (Destinee), Taylor Ensrude (Michael Onstad), Derek Carter (Rachelle), Kyle Ensrude, Cody Ensrude (Ashley), Tyler Ensrude, Sarah Ashley, Ryan Ashley, Kaylee Thune and Megan Thune; his great grandchildren, Mattelyn, Adrien, Trevor, Trenton, Charleigh, Ava, Kendall, Barrett, Adalyn, Odin, Landon, Sophie and Harrison; and his sister-in-law Dianne Susag (Allen Zuther). He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.
