He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingvald Moe and Hazel Moe (Larson); his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Adeline Windingland; his brother Roger Moe; and his nephew David Moe.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his daughters, Kristen Peterson (Blaine) and Kerri Lopez (Blue); his grandchildren, Lysette Oster (Jon), Zachary Peterson (Kaelyn), Weston Lopez, Benjamin Peterson and Carter Lopez; and his sisters, Carol Burke and Jean Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
