She was predeceased by: her parents, Knute Thorsgard and Anna Thorsgard (Flisrand); her husband Rev. John Strand; her brothers, Ernest, Kenneth and Lloyd; and her siblings-in-law, Ina, Judy and Wendell Erickson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathryn Erickson and Ruth Homme (Don); her sons, Steven, Michael (Barbara) and Jonathan (Ruth); her grandchildren, Robert, Erica (Tim), Justin (Kristen), Alicia and Erin (Macalan); and her great grandchild Sebastian. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
