He is survived by: his mother Janice Houska (Credit) of Grafton, ND; his brothers, Clint Potulny of Fordville, ND and Todd Potulny (Delene); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Tweten (Paul), Tyler Potulny, Austin Potulny, Tanner Potulny (Olivia), Ezra and Everley; and his close friend Buddy.
