She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elshaug and Johanna Elshaug (Anderson); her husband Hans Clayton Hovde; her son Steven Eugene Hovde; her great grandchild Zachary Wayne Osowski; and her siblings, Emily Viger (Clarence), Mabel Kennelly (Martin), Helen Torkelson (Millard), Ruth Riopelle (Roland), Ruby Skjerven (Ernest), June Skjerven (Harvey), Roy (Irene), Edward, Leonard (Martha) and Willard.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hovde (Bea) of Forest River, ND, Gail Stoltman (Willy) of Dazey, ND, Cheryl Davidson (Bernie) of Ridgefield, WA, Marlene Hagarty of Chandler, AZ and Guy Hovde of Grafton, ND. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
