He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lykken and Hazel Lykken (Ottoson); and his brother-in-law George R. Reading. He is survived by: his sister JoyAnn Lykken Reading.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Landstad Cemetery.
