He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hooey and Bonnie Hooey (Shuley). He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Borgan (Tony) of Tulsa, OK and Kim Hooey (Jennifer) of Grafton, ND; and his nieces, Lindsay and Mallory Martinson.
