He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilary Osowski and Jeanette Osowski (Dolan); his brother Tim; and his sister-in-law Gail Osowski. He is survived by: his brothers, Alan of Grafton, ND, Dave (Larae) of Grafton, ND, Mark (Carol) of Grafton, ND and Lee Osowski (Lori) of Grafton, ND; his sister-in-law Kerry Osowski of Mesa, AZ; and his close friend Jodi McCarthy of Grafton, ND.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Valley Ambulance and Rescue.
