It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine M. Thompson of Grafton, North Dakota, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Postier and Maxine Postier (Legg); her husband Richard Thompson; and her siblings-in-law, Orlan Melland, Russell Crowder, Valerie Postier and Clarice Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Hajicek (Rick) and Chris Thompson (Jenn) of Grafton, ND; her grandchildren, Oriana Thompson, Parker Hajicek, Ella, Anders, Mae and Ruth Thompson of Grafton, ND; and her siblings, Gail Peil (Dave) of Drayton, ND, Betty Crowder of Hoople, ND and Dean Postier (Janice) of Roland, OK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in honor of Elaine may be given to Unity Medical Center Foundation, Grafton Lutheran Church or Lutheran Sunset Home or a charity of choice.
