He was predeceased by: his parents, Linton Woods and Minnie Woods (Paterson); and his sister Jean Otto. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Woods of Grafton, ND; his sons, Robert Woods of Hoople, ND and David Woods of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Jonathan Woods, Justin Woods and Alisha Parise; and his sister Ruth Hultgren of Minneapolis, MN.. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
