He was predeceased by: his father Harold Stark; and his stepfather Gordon Hall. He is survived by: his mother Inez Stark-Hall (Dahl); his siblings, Stephan, Randy and Mary Stark (Laurel Abel); his children, Lydia and Carther Stark; his nieces and nephews, Samuel Stark, Donald Stewart, Cody Stone, Cassandra Stark and Rachel Stewart; and his great-niece Emma Stone.
