He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sauter and Irene Sauter (Brakel). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Sauter (Donna) of Goodrich and Dorothy Meckle (Jim) of Denhoff; and his nephews, Bill Meckle, Bob Meckle (April), Brent Meckle (Carrie) and Steve Sauter.
