He is survived by: his sons, Michael of Page, Billy (Cyndi) of Lake Park and Ally (Clarice) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Noah, Kate, Justin and Jamie; his nephews, Billy, Gary, Reid and Tommy; his niece Barbara; and his friends, Patty, Debby, Donnie Frank, Elaine Metzel and Ghalie Abraham. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
