He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmer and Mildred Palmer of Glenburn, ND.; his wife Mary Ann Heinemann; and his siblings, Marlin (Annette), Ron and Marleen (Don Stueve).

He is survived by: his brother Rod (Jean); and his nieces and nephews, Craig (Tammy Miller), Kim Costello (Denny), Joy Skelton (David), Todd (Pam) and Lea Geis (Frank). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Red River Valley or a charity of your choice.
