He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Hermes; his sons, Daryl Fitterer (Suzette) of Wahpeton, ND and Keith Fitterer of Belgrade, MT; his grandchildren, Nathan and Mariah Fitterer; and his brother Ervin Fitterer of Fargo, ND..
