He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schwartzbauer and Bertha Schwartzbauer (Bullinger); and his mother-in-law Betty Pfenning. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Pfenning; his daughter Amy Schwartzbauer (Jory Martinez); his grandchildren, AnnaBelle Fischer, Harmonie and Shyheim Martinez; his sister Rosemary Schmidt (Kenneth); his nephew Mikeal Schmidt (Jayden); his great-nephews, William and Jacob; his great-niece Claire; his niece Emily Schmidt (Derek Pearson); his brother Kenneth Wandler; his siblings-in-law, Annie Roberts and Richard "Rick" Oas; his nephew Ricky Oas Jr.; and his great-nephew Ricky Oas III.
