She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Schaaf (Braun); her spouse Arlouis Gartner (Al); her siblings, Donald Schaaf and Lillian Gribbons; and her brother-in-law Marvin Gribbons.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua (Linda) of Glen Ullin, Keith (Vicki) of Houston, TX, Lance (Anissa) of Glen Ullin and Perdita Murray (Richard) of Depoe Bay, OR; her siblings, Augie Schaaf (Leona) of Glen Ullin and Orveil Schaaf (Paulette); and her sister-in-law Leah Schaaf of Houston, TX. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
