He is survived by: his former wife Nina Walsh; his uncle Tony Schirado; his former wife Sheila Korang; his wife Karen Joshua; his daughter Kristen Vander Vorst (Bob); his grandchildren, Parker Vander Vorst and Lauryn Vander Vorst of Mandan, ND; his stepdaughter Heather Giunta (Jordan) of Devils Lake, ND; his stepgrandchildren, Kenzi, Kaia and Allysea; his stepchild Jordan Joshua (Heather); his stepgrandchildren, Keilie, Kaiden and Kingslee of Horace, ND; his stepdaughter Rebecca Joshua; his stepgrandchildren, Nathaniel, Logan, Landon, Jackson, Lane and Charlie of Glen Ullin, ND; his sister DeeAnn Schirado of Glen Ullin, ND; his sister-in-law Julie Schirado of Glen Ullin, ND; and his mother-in-law Ruth Ziden. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
